Quality

We work closely with our landlords to make sure each property is well maintained. We have a proactive maintenance department responsible for regular repairs and property improvements, as well as an online tenant repair reporting function on our website. We carry out and oversee refurbishment work on behalf of landlords to ensure properties are refurbished to the highest standard. We even have special arrangements to lease properties from landlords who can't afford to refurbish them so we can pay for the work ourselves. We want to attract the best tenants and understand the way to achieve this is to have the highest quality properties.

Communication

For many student tenants their university accommodation is likely to be the first time living away from home. We understand it can be difficult to adjust to this new way of life.

We're on hand 7 days a week. Whether you need emergency assistance or have a general query. All of our friendly team live and work in the area so we're never more than a 5-minute drive away. Our website is operated 24 hours a day via live chat and we don't manage any property more than a 3-mile radius from our office.
