We carry out and oversee refurbishment work on behalf of landlords to ensure properties are refurbished to the highest standard. We even have special arrangements to lease properties from landlords who can't afford to refurbish them so we can pay for the work ourselves. We want to attract the best tenants and understand the way to achieve this is to have the highest quality properties.

Communication

For many student tenants, their university accommodation is likely to be the first time living away from home. We understand it can be difficult to adjust to this new way of life.
